Where To Put the Kitchen Talk?

So for quite a while I have been dying (well maybe dying is a slight exaggeration) to start blogging about all things related to the kitchen... share recipes- both long time favorites and the new ones we are trying out every week, experiences on menu planning for 2, sharing favorite foods/ingredients (I have a rave for a favorite granola in mind- everyone needs to try this granola, seriously), and whatever else comes up that is food/cooking/kitchen related. I don't anticipate blogging everyday about "kitchen talk" - realistically it would be a couple times a week.

So my question is this... for you as a reader, would you prefer that all the kitchen talk is kept separate from my regular post topics on In This Instance?  Do you prefer that the kitchen talk is in a separate feed so if you aren't terribly interested in my top reviewed brownie recipe that it is funnelled into a completely different feed?  OR if you are terribly excited to see that recipe do you still prefer to keep the kitchen talk separate in your reader?  Please let me know!

I am really interested to hear your thoughts on whether to integrate the kitchen posts in with my regular content so any comments/opinions are welcome!  Feel free to leave a comment or send me an email at tara at inthisinstance dot com.  Thank you in advance!

I enjoy reading your blog -- you always have great vision and tips. I think kitchen-related posts would fit nicely with the blog -- it's part of a more general lifestyle theme. Looking forward to it!

I'd love "kitchen talk" interspersed with the rest of your blog posts. Of course, I'm biased because I am always interested in reading healthy recipes for two!

I think it would be fine with all the other posts. No need to create a separate feed. I love that you have the Pike Place Market Cookbook!

Bring on the kitchen talk! I vote for just incorporating it in with all the other posts, but I'll read it wherever you put it :)

I would love to read what you say about food, but ultimately you should do whatever is best for yourself! I've thought about this quite a bit with my own blog and have decided to keep everything together in one place.

I love everything you write about, so I'd rather you keep it all in one place. I need as much kitchen help as I can get!
