Weekend Snippet: Spring Projects

What a weekend!  We were so very busy this weekend but it was somehow still relaxing... I think that is because we were nearly unplugged and were working on projects together.  It was a gorgeous spring weekend in Chicago.  Here is a little snippet of what our weekened looked like...

We are almost finished with the facelift for a plain, old dresser and I will post pics once I decide on the knobs for the doors.  We also put together our little, mini herb container garden... can not wait for fresh basil to be on hand!  Fresh flowers are becoming a weekend constant- they really brighten up the table; this week it was tulips. Oh and I made a little progress on a project for the baby shower I am planning.  It was a super busy but very fun weekend.  Hope yours was lovely!
