Wednesday is the perfect day to sneak out for a lunch break and find a bench to take a deep breathe and enjoy a quiet moment.  That Jane Austen really knew what she was talking about, taking a moment clear your mind while surrounded by a little bit of greenery can be so refreshing. A park, a courtyard, or even just a spot under a tree will do.

these are in the park right by water tower, right? i walk through here every day on my way to and from work.

Yes! I love that little spot. I walk through there on the days I walk up to my husband's office for our commute home.
