I want to fill my home with little bud vases of these big cottage roses and then have a few close friends over for a yummy piece of cake on pretty plates and maybe a cup of tea...

But I think that this little, beautifully assembled collection could easily translate into an inspiration board for the direction I would like to go with our bedroom. It is quite lovely... It could also translate to an amazingly beautiful wedding...

Tara Posted on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 7:00AM The incredibly spring-like weather this past weekend has pushed my impatience for spring well past the point of being tolerable. It is very likely that posts in the coming weeks will be filled with dreams of spring. Today I am dreaming a lovely, sun-kissed afternoon celebrating one of those special moments in life... A shower that is unabashedly girly, managing to be elegant with delicate touches such as embroidered linens yet be approachable and unfussy. The color scheme would be playful, spring colors including a touch of purple, pink, blue, and white.
