Wish you could say you had Mindy Weiss on speed dial while planning your wedding? Me too. Navigating wedding planning has definitely been an experience that has left me confused more than a few times. From etiquette to selecting vendors to design, it can be overwhelming and there are almost too many resources on each topic. A comprehensive book to reference when facing a challenge in any one of those areas would have been lovely when I first started navigating the project of planning our wedding. Well, truthfully I still need it even though I have been in planning mode for almost a year now.
Enter The Wedding Book by Mindy Weiss with Lisbeth Levine. This book is written in a tone of the sister or friend that is sharing a few facts and knowledge {terminology and etiquette} and providing lessons learned {hair dos and don'ts}. It truly is comprehensive and full of tips.
So I was really excited to come home and see two copies of The Wedding Book in my mail. The sweet lady at Workman Publishing sent me an extra copy so that one of my lucky readers could also have the knowledge of Mindy Weiss and Lisbeth Levines at their fingertips while planning their wedding. Not quite speed dial but pretty close I must say!
