The 365 project was very hard this week! We were so busy with apartment searching and I had a freelance project to finish up on top of the day job so most of my photos were snapped at the very end of the day. I found myself wracking my brain for something to take a photo of right before bedtime.
I am thinking about getting a D-SLR Neoprene Pouch so that I can take my camera to work with me and then sneak out for a lunch break to take photos. It would be nice to include more of my day in this exercise and dragging around a camera bag, handbag, and gym bag while commuting via the El is less than ideal. (If anyone has used one of these I would love to hear any thoughts on them) Anyways....
Have a lovely week!

I have those shoes :) Love the pics this week!
Those shoes are to die for! And the neoprene pouch is such a great idea... I've been having the same thoughts about wishing I had my camera with me during the day to make Project 365 a lot more interesting, but not being able to schlep my camera bag around. If you decide to get it or hear about it from anyone else, Id love to hear what you think.
That container! Those shoes! ACK!!! I'm loving your pics. I so need to figure out what the hell I'm doing with a camera. My pictures are crap. I found a fun camera bag on Etsy that I have to send you a link to... not that it will help your situation. ;)
I have those shoes too. :) In turquoise and in gold distressed leather. There's something really peaceful about your photos, it's nice.
i have a neoprene pouch and find it very convenient when i want to lug my camera around in my purse. great pics!
Loving your pictures - and what seems like a circular theme this week.
And where are those shoes from? Gorgeous!
These are all great. I especially love the first one!!
thanks everyone :)
Rosemary, I got those shoes off of Amazon but you can get them at Endless too- they are by Ras.
hi - found your blog through EAD, and just wanted to say that I really like your pictures :) I am especially liking the Chicago street-scape one ~ it really captures that gritty January feeling of the city!
I'm nowhere near this level of photography skill, but I've been thinking about bringing my camera to work, just to take a picture out the window of the frozen lake. It's one of the few pretty things that I find about wintertime in Chicago :)
