Dining in West Hollywood?

My current quest is to find a lovely little restaurant for Saturday evening in the West Hollywood area...  While I can be particular, my requirements this time are pretty simple: non-chain, local, fresh-from-the-market focus on the menu, casual, a hint of romance would be icing on the cake.  Any ideas?
