A Spring Dinner Party

This week is crazy.  On top of finals {for my last grad school quarter!} and busy projects at work we are planning a dinner party for Saturday for my husband's 30th birthday.  I use the term planning loosely... as I have been focused on whichever commitment is "due" first for priority we don't even have a menu yet!  So we will be planning for Saturday beginning on Thursday night, which should work out as I have a vision in mind!  This would be my first choice...

Alas, we don't have a big backyard and March in Chicago can be pretty chilly in the evenings so lucky for me {given time constraints} we will be going in a much more simplified version!  Would this be such an amazing birthday dinner party though?
