A Homey, Summer Dessert: Rhubarb Cake

Yay! My new favorite cake :) I've already given the recipe to a friend who made it also and adored it as much as I did. Both my husband and I brought some to work yesterday, and it disappeared right away.
As a fellow rural Midwesterner, I love that you made this recipe for 4-H! I was a ten-year member of 4-H and my first baking experience for it was snickerdoodles. Still love them and that original recipe to this day!
