Project Hot Bride: Lustrous, Silky Locks

Ok, I am going to try to write this post so that it doesn't sound like a product ad. Part of my 'Project Hot Bride' of course has to include taking care of my hair. When I was growing up my hair was soft, shiny, and silky with zero effort. Now I regularly color it and blow dry it nearly every day... it now tends to get a little dry and frizzy. I have tried numerous hair products to help return my hair to its original silkiness... some just leave a nasty build up {Pantene} some amazingly do nothing for my hair {Phyto}. Then I met the hair product line of my dreams... Kerastase. I love it. However, it is pricy so I took a little sabbatical to save cash while wedding planning. But now that I am less than a month away it has returned to my tool chest.

My personal favorites:

Shampoo: Bain Satin
Conditioner: Lait Vital and for once a week treatments Nutridefense
Extra Protection from Hair Dryer: Lait Nutri Scuplt
For Shine: Lumiere NutriSculpt

Their hairspray and mousse are also incredible in that you can't feel them but they work. Ok, commercial/rave done. But I really do love Kerastase. It's good stuff.

Have you ever tried the Neutrogena hair mask? I love that stuff, it makes me hair really soft and silky and all those other 's' adjectives.

Plus it's not that badly priced.

I've been using Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream every morning. It does wonders! I love it.
I'll have to try Kerastase.

I am going to have to try both the Neutragena mask and the Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream... I have wondered about the Frederic Fekkai stuff but haven't tried any of it yet...

I have been using Frederic Fekkai since I was 16 (with bouts of drugstore shampoo in between so I could afford it!). Kerastase is another one of my favs. Great picks!
