Pre-Package Welcome Baskets

Today's email from BFF Bridal was promoting Kate Parker's pre-packaged welcome baskets. Kate Parker Weddings offers an assortment of "stylized" baskets for various states and cities so that you don't have to spend any those precious minutes stuffing welcome baskets in the weeks prior to the wedding. I found the price to be out of my budget as I am quite confident that I can create DIY Chicago welcome baskets for less than the $35 that they charge. And I didn't love the basket they use for Chicago but many of them are really cute. I also love the kid's basket. It hadn't occurred to me to include things like juice boxes and crayons in the welcome baskets for the families with kids; I definitely will be incorporating that into my project. And to save time during those final weeks before the wedding I plan to simply start assembling these during the upcoming long winter months...

I love the idea of including things for the kids in the welcome baskets:

The New York basket is pretty:

I don't love this black and white basket for Chicago:

Hi Tara!
I'm new to your blog. So glad I found it!!
Thanks for this post. I've been researching welcome baskets as well as bathroom baskets lately. This really helps.

All The Best,
Rashana
